Pear Recruitment –Lettings Negotiator – Clerkenwell
Salary - £22,000 + Commission
Monday – Friday – 08:45am – 6pm (Saturdays during Summer, 1 in every 4 working half a day)
Driver NOT Required for this role
Our client based in Clerkenwell is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy motivated team. Are you meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role. This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.
Required Skills:
- experience working as a Negotiator
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
- It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
