Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Manager- Edmonton

Basic £30,000 + Commission £50,000 OTE

Monday to Friday

 

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual has become available to join one of North London’s leading Estate Agents as a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Manager, the right candidate will be a fast learner, good communicator, presentable, have excellent communication skills and be eager to learn about all areas of estate agency.

The role will include showing potential tenants’ properties, dealing with property owners as well as general estate agency duties. You will have a full UK driving and your own car

Responsibilities:

• Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
• Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
• All legal aspects.
• Experience in listing
• Experience with DSS
