Senior/Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Branch Manager - Edmonton
Basic Salary -£18,000 - £25,000 plus commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000) + Car allowance
Monday to Friday – 9am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm
We are currently looking for 2 switched on and ambitious Estate Agents who have great experience within the property industry and previously worked within a sales environment to join this fantastic independent agency, the founder of the business (who is still very much active in both offices) prides himself on working alongside his highly motivated sales and lettings team in delivering excellent customer service to all clients and achieving the best results in all market conditions.

Duties (including but not limited to):
- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
- Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
- Sales progression
- Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
Essential Requirements:- Previous experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record of valuations and winning instructions.
- Full UK Driving License
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment is essential
- Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills.
