Property Manager - Hertford
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
5 Day week Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in the week.

- **Qualifications**: While not mandatory, an ARLA qualification can significantly enhance your candidacy and salary prospects.

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with tenants and property owners to ensure all maintenance needs are met efficiently.
- Utilise VEBRA ALTO for managing property records and maintenance schedules.
