Property Manager – Limehouse
£30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Office based – No car required
Our client an independent Estate Agent is looking for a Property Manager for their branch based in Limehouse. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with a minimum of 1 and a half years property management experience. They are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of the property market and industry in the local area. You will be well presented and have great communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage a portfolio of around 450 properties within a team of 3.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
- Raising rental agreements
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Dealing with property maintenance.
- Collection of rents. Payments to landlords
- Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
