Salary – £25,000, OTE £45,000
Hours -Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 9:00 am to 6pm - Wednesday and Thursday - 9:00 am to 6:30pm, Saturday 10am to 4 pm
Driver required – Company car
Our client established in 1997, specialising in the lettings and management of an extensive property portfolio across greater London is looking for a highly organised individual to work as an Assistant Lettings Manager to work within their lovely vibrant lettings team, you will be based in their busy Crouch End branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year’s experience within the industry, be ARLA Qualified and live local to the branch. Dealing with all tasks in a professional manner ensuring these are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner.
You will be a key member of the company working within the lettings department.

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Essential Skills:
- Letting experience
- Knowledge of all legislation and procedures.
- Experience agreeing your own lets.
- Experience Managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
- An understanding of tenancy laws
