Salary - £15,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm – Saturday 9am – 5pm, 5-day week
Ideally - Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team based in their new Canary Wharf office holding a high profile of properties they are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills, who are articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company. It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Your responsibilities:
- Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them.
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Monitor and maintain up to date property availability.
- Register new tenancies.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
