Our client is looking for a candidate ready to Embark on a rewarding career as a Trainee Sales Negotiator to work in their office in Bow. If you want to learn the ropes of an estate agent from the ground up, then this could be an amazing opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
- Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.

- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.

- Excellent time management.
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
