Salary - £30,000 + Commission OTE £55,000 - £60,000

Full license and own car required.

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager with great experience in Sales and Lettings to join their busy and well-established team in Hatfield. Overseeing the branch and Managers you with have great leadership qualities and experience directing a team. Are you articulate, well presented, and keen to further your career offering a great opportunity for progression to director level with a leading company, hard work really will pay off. It is essential you are an experienced Manager with good knowledge of the property sector. 

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service and excellent levels of communication.

Main Duties:

• Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
• Qualify & respond to all leads.
• Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
• Handle negotiations and offers
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
• Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.

In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
• Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
• Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Preferably knowledge of the local area
