Head of Third Party Sales Process
Bracknell
Salary £53,500 OTE £80,000
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, Head of 3rd party Sales Process is a role responsible for maximising the company sell through rate and value from instruction to Sale agreed.
As Head of Sales Process, you will ensure best practice is in place across the business and ensure that company systems and processes are followed to ensure results in this area are maximised.
Key Area Responsibilities:
- Run and distribute weekly deal league tables for all Negotiators, Customer and Client Managers
- Analysis of statistics to ascertain training requirements
- Training of Branch Staff to improve key KPI’s
- Evidence and remedial training of applicant registration & management process
- Remedial Training of underperforming staff
- Review viewing feedback notes to check process
- Review introduced volumes and call out process
- Review Initial Registration Activity reports to ensure maximization of early appointments & referrals with applicants
- Open House process
- Buyer service issues/complaints
- Review Client advice
- Review Central offer team
- Observation of offer submission
- Daily review of portal enquiries, offer letters not sent, offer pipeline, outstanding viewing feedback, suspended applicant opportunity & Instruction/Open Houses %
Key Personal Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Offer Manager to ensure offers are maximized and escalate issues
- Liaise with Regional Directors on branch/individuals’ performance issues and escalations
- Liaise with Regionals and Heads of central teams
- Liaise with Head of SST – daily review of escalation
- Liaise with Head of Corporate – daily review of offers pending and performance v SLA’s
- Liaise with FS Account Manager regarding FS conversion from buyers
- Liaise with Conveyancing Account manager regarding buyer/seller sign up rate at offer stage
- Liaise with Auction account manager for escalation of deal issues
