Salary – Basic £25,000 OTE £45,000 – £50,000 + Car allowance
Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of a years’ experience to work within their highly professional branch in Golders Green. Their unique approach to selling, makes them a well-respected independent Estate Agency within the local area. Responsibilities:
- Arranging viewings
- Booking valuations
- Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
- Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
- Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
