Property Manager – West Hampstead
Salary £30,000 – £40,000 – Depending on Experience
Driver with full licence
Our client is looking for a Property Manager to work within West Hampstead or their surrounding branches. Working alongside an Experienced property manager, together you will be looking after around 250 properties. Experience within this type of role is essential accompanied with a good attitude and telephone manner.

Responsibilities:
- Invoice and receipt all rents and fees that are received
- Property inspections
- Liaise with tenants and contractors with regards to repairs
- Pay all landlords
- Register all deposits and refund all deposits
- Send out all welcome packs to both LL and Tenants
- Deduct all fees and invoices from rents
- Chase all rent arrears
- Ensure all properties are Safe, ie gas, PAT Test, Fire alarms etc
- Court paperwork, possession, bailiffs etc
