Salary – £18,000 - £20,000 + Commission and car allowance

Our highly successful client who specialises in residential sales & lettings in the lovely area of Kingston are looking for a motivated Lettings negotiator ready to join a friendly energetic team. 
To be a successful candidate you will have previous experience within lettings, feel confident to be able to work independently when required, while maintaining professionalism and giving an amazing service to the clients.

Your role will involve:
 

• To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation.


• Carrying out viewings at various rental properties


• Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone


• Helping build up our lettings brand and continually creating new business.

 
 
About you:
 

• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills


• Experience generating new business.


• Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills


• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service.


• Knowledge of lettings, landlord and tenant laws would be an advantage.


• Full clean UK driving licence & own vehicle.
