Salary £18,000 + £22,000, OTE £30,000 - £40,000
 
 
Our clients set in a popular and busy high street in Wimbledon are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their friendly motivated team covering the lovely area of South West London. A leading Estate Agency with a fantastic local reputation. If you have previously worked within the property industry and enjoy the day-to-day running’s of a busy lettings department, please send your CV over to be considered for this role.

About the role:

• Promoting properties.


• Meeting with potential tenants, working out what their exact needs and requirements are and building rapport.


• Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.


• Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental.


• Dealing with clients and potential clients via email, telephone or in person


• Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants


• Arranging tenancy agreements. 


• Keeping administrative systems up to date & adhering to all legal guidelines


• Meeting sales targets.

 
 Requirements for this role:

• Experience in Estate Agency


• Full UK driving licence.


• Motivated attitude


• Genuine ambition to progress and develop career.


• CV Proven track of record of exceeding company targets
