Experienced Lettings Negotiator

Pear Recruitment – Experienced Lettings Negotiator – Imperial Wharf  
Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission, car allowance & Company phone
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm
 
Our client based in a central part of London, are looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic team. Covering a vast amount of London their experience is unquestionable. Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback


• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach


• A strong customer focus.


• Desire to meet and exceed targets.


• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.


• High accuracy and attention to detail


• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.


• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills


• Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle
