Our client a well-established and well-reviewed estate agents are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team. If you are an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Valuer, Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager you will be highly considered for this position. If you love winning new business and you are a top performer in your field, you can look to earn £75K - £80K OTE. If you have the attitude to succeed and want to drive a business forward this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:
Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
Manage and develop your team.
Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
Arranging appointments for prospective tenants to view rental properties.
Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
All legal aspects.
