Sales Negotiator – Abborts Langley (trainee to senior)

Salary – £18,000 - £25,000, OTE £30,000 - £35,000

5 days a week 8:45am – 6pm, including Saturdays 9am – 4pm

 

Teamwork makes the dream work, our client based in a lovely high street in Abbotts Langley are looking for a sales negotiator to join their team. Are you motivated, do you love dealing with people and have excellent customer service skills.

 

A trainee to senior negotiator will be considered for this role so If you are looking for a new direction, or you are experienced within the property industry, please send your CV.

Key Responsibilities:

 



  • Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.


  • Productive dairy & time management  


  • Dealing with customer enquiries effectively


  • Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.


  • Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.


  • Implementing strategies to increase market share.


  • Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.


  • Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.


  • Escalate queries outside of own authority level.


  • Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
