Day week Monday – Friday, Saturday rota
Our client runs a highly successful and market-leading Estate Agency in Palmers Green, they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team. Along with your experience your personality is key to winning you this role - ambitious, energetic, pro- active and personable with a keen interest in property. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an expanding business with fantastic earning potential, they have amazing plans and are looking for a professional experienced negotiator to join them.
To make the short list you must:
Be an experienced Estate Agent
Have excellent knowledge of the property industry in this area.
Be Professional & Pro Active
About the role:
Registering applicants
Arranging Viewings
Booking FS appointments
Referring Conveyancing leads
Negotiating on offers
Liaising with vendors and purchaser
