Salary £25,000
Our client based in Epsom is looking for an assistant property manager who is already experienced in lettings, to work with their small friendly team in this well-established independent agency who have great market presence and outstanding local knowledge.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
- Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including
- Minor repairs,
- Major refurbishments,
- Insurance claims,
- Property visits,
- Inspections etc.
- Arranging mandatory safety checks,
- Booking pre tenancy works,
- Drawing up tenancy agreements,
- Negotiating
- Tenancy Renewals
Along with excellent customer service skills you will be;
- Well organized
- An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.
- Have strong communication skills,
- Well presented
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Experience of supporting a fast-paced team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of lettings legislations
