Our client based in Epsom is looking for sales Negotiator looking to jump aboard this proactive independent agent in Epsom.

Negotiator Duties will include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales
Conduct effective viewings.
