Salary £30,000 plus some commission
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm.
We are lucky enough to be able to offer a first-class Property Manager a rare opportunity to join this great agent who have a strong presence in the lettings market in Maida Vale, Little Venice, West Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Queens Park, Bayswater, Paddington. They are an independent agent, who want a proven PM to manage their residential portfolio.
Working alongside the office manager you will manage a portfolio of around 200 properties and have the advantage of earning additional commission on referrals to the Block Management team.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to enquiries.
Build and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers.
Monitor rental arrears.
Referencing and other administration of tenant procedures
Producing and updating tenancy agreements
Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections
Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary, including new build defect issues.
Utilisation of invoicing and payment systems
Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines.
Apply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem solving.
Carry out viewings and provide market feedback to their portfolio landlords.
