Lettings Negotiator - Kensal Rise
Basic Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 plus commission OTE £25,000+
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00-18:30, Friday: 9:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 10:00-14:00. Morning off in the week, Tuesday or Thursday. Every third Saturday off.
Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual who is looking to progress their Lettings Career. Our client is well established and has been around for over 17 years, making them one of the successful independent agencies in the area. An ambitious company looking to open a third and fourth office. They are looking for candidates who share their vision, someone hungry and motivated just like the company they will join.
They are an incredibly motivated company, looking for a member of staff to slot into the team that they are willing to grow with, the proof of what they say is in the pudding andall managers at company started as negotiators.

Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues.
