Outstanding Customer Service is what this client strives to provide since they first opened their doors back in 1991.
They are currently seeking a dedicated Lettings Negotiator for their office in Waltham Abbey. Covering properties in this area and Chingford.
Along with your excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, you must be impeccably presented, highly organised and motivated to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities.
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Experience in property lettings
Experience generating new business/canvassing.
Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service.
Knowledge of lettings, landlord and tenant laws would be an advantage.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Your role will involve:
To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation.
Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Helping build up our lettings brand and creating business.
Various ad hoc duties
