Monday – Friday 9am -6pm

This client is a fast-growing, estate agent with a team of highly motivated, friendly staff with a passion for property. They strive to provide their clients with a first-class service and employees are rewarded by their own success. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator to join the team.
The Role:
Registering and building relationships with prospective tenants and Landlords
Working successfully towards targets
Maintaining our property register
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Liaising with Landlords and tenants, ensuring they are kept informed of all progress
Lettings negotiation
Learning and adhering to our sales systems and processes
Assisting colleagues outside of the role where necessary
The ideal candidate:
Proactive and able to deal with the pressure of working towards targets
Able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Polite telephone manner
Dynamic and motivated
Naturally charismatic and confident
Diligent and professional
Able to work autonomously with support and guidance from senior management
1-2 years’ experience
Driver Preferred but not essential.
