Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in a great location.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiating skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As a Lettings Negotiator you will have all the usual responsibilities that a negotiator has including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is preferred but if really have something special it may not be essential, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Requirements for this role:
Minimum 9 months experience in Estate Agency
Full UK driving licence
Motivated attitude
Genuine ambition to progress and develop career
Proven track of record of exceeding company targets
