Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a winning personality to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiating skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate business through the office.
You will have all the normal responsibilities that a neg has including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is necessary, and you will enjoy working in a targeted sales role and can work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Requirements for this role:
Listing experience
Full UK driving licence
Motivated attitude
Genuine ambition to progress and develop career
Proven track of record of exceeding company targets
