Basic Salary up to £180,000 plus commission and car allowance
We have a great position with one of the most recognised brands in agency at their Forest Hill office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. Previous experience in an estate agency environment is required.
Typically, this role will involve:
Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
Building relationships with buyers and tenants
Conducting viewings
Keeping vendors and landlords constantly updated
Handling negotiations and queries
Dealing with solicitors
Candidates must be:
Confident and outgoing
Proven track record in a sales environment
Punctual and well presented
Motivated and target driven
Excellent communication skills/ Articulate
Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
