Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 6.30pm
Fridays 8.45am – 5.00pm
Permanent and full time office based role
20 days annual leave, plus birthday, bank holidays and days between Christmas – New Year off
Our client is a leading estate agency brand in a great part of London. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Lettings Administrator in the Kennington Office, they are looking for an Office Administrator with a highly organised and structured approach to work. Candidates must have a consistent CV be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software, and have a high level of administrative ability. We’re hoping to find someone with charisma, confidence, and approachability. They need to be an excellent team-player with impeccable telephone manners and written communication. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The role includes:
Facilitating the smooth running of the office
Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients an
buyers in line with HMRC guidelines
Ensuring all lettings properties have the relevant compliance certificates and money laundering regulation checks in place prior to tenancy commencement
Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual & formal letters
Recording all financial outgoings of the office via petty cash spreadsheets and liaising with the accounting team monthly
General office administrative duties
Candidates interested in applying for the role must have consistent administrative work experience with solid continuity limited job changes within the past 3 years.
