Working Hours: are Monday -Friday 8.45am – 6pm and only 1 in 4 Saturdays – when they are open, mainly over the summer months!
Better news is that due to this central location, you won’t need a car and you will be able to walk to most appointments, of course a transport allowance will be available should you be required to jump in a cab!
What your day will look like:
Traditional day-to-day duties include registering applicants, booking viewings and conducting viewings.
You will also be obtaining and negotiating offers
Building and nurturing your team to build profitable market share through the delivery of incredible customer service
Motivating and supporting others to achieve their targets in a challenging and exciting environment
Demonstrating passion and drive for your own development journey
Package
£20,000 - £22,000 Basic, and OTE £45,000
