Basic Salary £30,000 plus commission OTE £70k plus Car Allowance
5 Day working week.
Our client, an independent estate agency, with over 25 years London property experience. Their aim is to be recognised for their superior professional service and their intimate local knowledge of all areas. Specialising in all aspects of residential property.

Duties will include:
Winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts.
Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
Administration & property management
You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
Fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection regulations 2008 and property ombudsman code of conduct.
Applicant’s skillset:
Experienced in a busy, successful, and recognised Lettings Agency
Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
You will need to be able to work under pressure.
Fully comprehend the letting process and the legislation that governs it.
Proven background, preferable ARLA qualified.
Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
