Or Client is seeking a full time Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their office in Kew. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. Industry experience is not a prerequisite however you will need to be smart and switched on and if you have experience in a sales role that would be great!
To become a successful estate agent, you will be charismatic and target driven, you will be able to generate new business in a target driven environment. Within this role you will focus on customer care always providing a first-class service.
As well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be IT literate with a Full driving licence.
To succeed as an estate agent, you will need to be resilient, with a positive attitude super organised always on the ball.
