We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales negotiator to join this brand-new office in Hoddesdon. This is an exciting time to join our client who is opening their second branch, this will be a brand new office and a brand new team all working together to establish themselves in this busy town and surrounding areas.
About the role:
Arranging and attending viewings
Negotiating on all sales
Booking & conducting valuations
Managing your diary
Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities
Supporting Branch Manager and team
Professional and motivated
Driven and personable
12 months experience
Great communication skills/customer care
Person Specification:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence
