As an experienced sales and lettings negotiator you will strive to be the best, for both the sales & lettings department you will be a real team player.
We want a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress.
It will be 5 day working week including Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let
Offering services to landlords & vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets, local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
