Basic Salary £19,000 car allowances (£3K) and commissions £40,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm, Saturday 8:45am – 4pm (1 day off in lieu during the week)
Our client is an independent estate agency, with over 25 years London property experience. Their aim is to be recognised for their superior professional service and their intimate local knowledge of all areas. Specialising in all aspects of residential property.
An opportunity has arisen for a super strong Sales Negotiator to join their busy office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar market, someone who is ambitious with a real desire to succeed in the property industry.
Duties/Functions of the role:
Liaising with our Clients and prospective applicants
Carrying out property viewings as required
Highly organised and flexible in their working approach
Vendor Feedback on a regular basis
Canvass for new business opportunities
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Computer literate and well-presented
Requirements of the role:
A full and valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
A can-do attitude to work to ensure personal and team success.
