- Senior Lettings Negotiator
Hammersmith
£20,000 - £24,000 + Commission (£55K OTE) plus Car Allowance
Hours: Mon to Thurs 9am - 6pm Friday 9am - 5.30pm & every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm.
Our client is looking for a confident experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator. They are an established Lettings agent who pride themselves on providing a first-class service for both Tenants and Landlords. They want a Senior Negotiator who will build on the lettings side of the business to increase market share and make the company more profitable.
Applicants will have 1-2 years’ experience and excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Conducting viewings and lettings properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular database
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
