Our high-end client based in NW London is seeking for a strong Lettings Manager to join one of their busy teams. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic brand where the opportunity to earn is immense!! With an incredibly healthy Car Allowance you will have an amazing basic plus personal, pooled AND new business commission.

You will be joining a brand that enjoys a well-deserved reputation for employing only individuals of the highest calibre so their name will be an impressive addition to your CV. Duties will include:
Winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
Build and nurture a meaningful client relationships
Exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
Administration & property management
You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
We expect you to be fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection and property ombudsman code of conduct.
Applicant’s skillset:
Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
You will need to be able to work under pressure.
Fully comprehend the letting process and the legislation that governs it.
Proven background, preferable ARLA qualified.
Must drive and have own car
Proactive, organised, focussed and accessible.
An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
Provide exceptional service at every opportunity.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £40,000 including Car Allowance
£3,000 Pooled Commission
5% New Business plus personal Commission
Working Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
OTE £70K
