If you are an energetic Lettings Negotiator who would love to work in our clients Oval office, we would love to hear from you. This company was founded in the early nineties and is a fabulous independent, with the founded directors still very much involved. They have offices all over London and out to Middlesex, surrey & Essex, if you want a company where your career can only flourish this could be for you.
You will be performing all the usual duties that a Letting Neg performs, you will be doing it with the full support and guidance of your management team. What we need from you is that you are confident building relationships with clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.
Mostly you will be:
Responding to leads from the website and telesales.
Lead and viewings management via your extranet tasks list.
Taking on new instructions and communicating our terms of business.
Valuing property for landlords/vendors.
Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant/vendor and purchasers.
Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
Showing/viewing property with potential tenants/purchasers.
Answering general queries from landlords and tenants/vendors and purchasers.
Coordination of agreements and tenancy/sales and legal paperwork.
Moving In process for tenants /facilitating the smooth transaction between purchaser and vendor.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
What you can offer our client:
· Experience in Lettings, ideally in this market.
· Full clean manual driving licence
· Good spoken and written English
· Flexibility.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
What our client is offering you:
· Salary: £25,000 guarantee initially
· Then £18,000 plus commission
· Car Allowance £2k
Working Hours: 9am -7pm – Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm – Friday & 10am – 4pm – Saturday
