Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

They are a company who are focussed on their continued growth and have acquired a Block Management business as part of their plans and you will help them develop this department over the next few years, being an integral part of the business.
They are a group who will offer support and mentoring for you to ensure targets and standards are always met.
They need you to ensure all clients receive an excellent level of customer service while managing the training portfolio in line with the client’s instruction, the terms of the Lease and relevant Health & Safety requirements.
Key duties and responsibilities of role:
Directly managing a portfolio of Leasehold blocks.
Conducting regular site visit inspections.
Arranging annual Service Charge Budgets.
Arranging annual Service Charge and Company Accounts.
Ensure Health & Safety Assessments are conducted and processed correctly.
Arranging and co-ordinating quotes, repairs, and maintenance for the portfolio.
Dealing with Insurance claims.
Managing consent & fees for the Department (pets, subletting, etc).
Holding client meetings for your portfolio.
Preparing Section 20 Consultation notices and overseeing the tender process.
Arranging arrears collection for non-payment of Service Charges.
Assisting the Head of Block Management as required in light of continually improving department processes and procedures.
Progressing any independent projects assigned, as required.
Maintain an awareness of relevant company procedures.
Keeping up to date with industry training and relevant legislation.
General requirements:
Understanding of the Block management process with around 1 years experience working within Block management and customer service.
Ideally IRPM Qualified or working towards your qualification
Professional approach and appearance.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Strong relationship building and problem solving skills.
Complete any other tasks as required by the Head of Property.
