£18,000 - £25,000 OTE £35K OTE
Our client is a professional estate agency dealing with residential sales, lettings and management, the sale and marketing of new developments and the sale and acquisition of Investment property.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry
As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets
Experience of working for a London based Estate Agents
A passion for London property and people
The ability to negotiate
Sound Business ethics
Tenacity and be a self starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
