Lettings Negotiator – Regents Park

 

We have an amazing opportunity for anexperienced Lettings Negotiator to join this great company. The ideal candidate must be driven and confident, with a proven track record of working to targets.

 

They are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Lettings Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Lettings, to join their Regents Park team.  The Ideal candidate will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential.

 

For this role we’d like to talk to experienced negotiators who can demonstrate:



  • Experience within a similar lettings market.


  • Outstanding communications skills in person and in writing.


  • A shared focus on delivering a high-quality customer service oriented deals with an ethical approach to business


  • Efficiently and professionally handling all enquiries


  • Day-to-day management of tenants, and liaison with landlords which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties


  • Conducting viewings and following up on feedback


  • Maintaining CRM database and regularly calling contacts


  • Supporting peer to peer development


GREAT PACKAGE



  • Basic salary: £20,000 (OTE £40,000-£50,000)


  • Full UK licence not essential


  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm


  • Saturdays by appointment
