Salary £18,000 - £22,000 plus commission.
Pear Recruitment are currently seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our clients established team to work within their busy Hatfield office. The position specialises in the marketing of residential lettings on behalf of new and existing landlords and finding tenants their new home. A key part of this role will be to meet potential landlords and introduce potential tenants to properties within the portfolio.
A successful applicant should thrive on and enjoy the competition of marketing, together with the responsibility of organising and setting up tenancies to comply with current legislation; ensuring that our high standards are met
All applicants must have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate, have the ability to independently plan and organise tasks, as well as working as part of a team. The position requires that applicants be available to work alternate weekends and have use of their own car occasionally
