Basic salary £16,000 - £18,000 plus commission Car Allowance
Established over 30 years ago, our client specialise in sales, lettings and property management and have four offices around Surrey. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator who is looking for a new challenge. This is a great opportunity with absolutleyNO sales progression required for the role meaning that those whose skill set is in selling - have time the maximise the deals they do and maximise their earnings.
Requirements of the role:
Previous experience working within the Property Sales market.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Smart & well spoken
Motivation to achieve & exceed agreed targets.
An attitude that will allow for future progression team player
A full, and valid driving Licence and own car
Main Duties & responsibilities:
Registering new applicants.
Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and potential buyers.
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
Providing viewing feedback.
Generating new valuation opportunities.
