Salary circa £30,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am till 6pm
We have a great opportunity for Senior Property Manager to join a specialist lettings agent who have the highest standards. This company is well established and continues to go from strength to his is a truly involved role and you must be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software and have a high level of administrative ability. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities includes:
Overseeing portfolio of properties
Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
Processing tenancy swaps
End of tenancy processing
General enquiries
Requirements for this role:
Property Management experience at a similar level
Full clean driving licence
ARLA desirable
