Salary: £22,000 plus commission £30k - £35k
Working Hours: Full time 5 days per week, 9.00am to 6.30pm, working most Saturdays (to 4.30pm)

DUTIES
Sourcing new business
Working to both individual and teamtargets
Working to develop professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
Canvassing andmarketing
Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
Negotiating terms & closingdeals
Carrying out valuation & MarketAppraisals
Business Development / New Business LeadGeneration
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Ambitious individual looking to make their first careerstep
Pro-active, flexible andconfident
Excellent salesability
Self motivated
A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole.
Minimum 2 years’ experiencelocally.
