We are seeking an Ambitious individual who is looking for a career in residential lettings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is focused on making a change in the property lettings & management industry - for landlord, tenant, contractor and agent.
You will be joining a small and friendly team, who work well together and cover a wide range of areas and properties, this is a real opportunity to establish yourself in the lettings industry.

Duties will include:
Registering applicant details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Answer telephone and email enquiries
Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
Register new tenancies.
Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
