Salary: Basic Salary up to £16k - £18k plus commission & Car allowance

As a Sales Negotiator you will source and see business through to completion.
What you will be doing most days:
Sourcing out new business and seeing business through tocompletion
Organising propertyviewings
Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
Increasing the companyturnover
Opening and developing professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
Canvassing andmarketing
Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
Negotiatingterms
About you:
Ambitious individual looking to make their first careerstep
Pro-active, flexible andconfident
Excellent salesability
Self -motivating
A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole
Experience in Sales and/orRetail
