We have an opportunity for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join an already successful team as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator in Oxford city centre. They are a vibrant, high-energy estate and letting agent! The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a front-of-house facing role, ideally in Estate Agency. They would need to possess exceptional communication skills, written and spoken, great customer service and be enthusiastic in representing the business in dealing with clients and tenants. We want bright and energetic individuals who work well within a team and who applies structure to their time with good IT capability, as well as having an excellent telephone manner.
Experience in property is essential and we also need you to have a driving licence. Great news is that a car is provided for use during business hours and there is free parking for your own car.
The Package
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 PA
Bonus: Uncapped Bonus Scheme* OTE £35,000 plus.
Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Hours: 08.45 to 17.30 Mon to Thurs; 08.45 to 17.00 Fri; 09.30 to 17.00 rota’d
