- Lots of stock waiting for a fabulous sales & lettings Negotiator in a great part of North London.
Their already busy team, need help in this busy market, have you got the talent and skills desired to be the addition for this great office?
It is essential of course that you have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to lay down some roots with this fab company! It would be great if you had an understanding of the Turkish language, as this meas you would be able to help many of your current client and customer base. You must understand the lettings process and the legislation involved as well as what is involved in the sales process.

The average day:
Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
Qualify & respond to all leads.
Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
Handle negotiations and offers
Achieve monthly targets.
Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.
Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 plus commission
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9am -7pm, Fridays 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
Working every Saturday (6 day/ 5 day week)
