Our Client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully sell and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners South West Home Counties Excellence Awards 3 times.
They are looking for an ambitious After Sales Manager to Manage all aspects of Sales progression at their Epsom Branch, you MUST be confident building, proactive individual who is hands on and has experience listing new properties.
Other duties to include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales
Conduct effective viewings
