Salary up to £30,000
Working Hours Monday – Friday 9am -6pm
Along with one other property manager you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties including renewals, new lets etc.
Our client, based in Archway are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
Along with one other property manager you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties including renewals, new lets and all aspects of Property Management.
You must be presentable, a good communicator and able to use your own initiative.
Experience of working using current lettings legislation is imperative along with the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships, liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing sectionnotices and dealing with general lettings administration.
The successful candidate:
Must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
Previous Property Management experience is essential
Will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
Will be ARLA qualified
Experience using Jupix software exp
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
Must be a Driver with a full UK Licence
This role will include all aspects of Lettings Management including, valuations, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants, growing the division through providing exceptional levels of service, staff training and ensuring the company is well presented
